Lord, some never seem to get what they deserve.
Surely they merit something for the way they treat you. You are not someone they care about. Your word is not something they consider. They say “If there is a God, he either doesn’t see what we are doing or doesn’t care what we are doing.”
Surely they’ve earned something for the way they treat the weak, the innocent, the helpless, the afflicted, the fatherless, and the oppressed. The newspaper, Internet, and television overflow with stories of their dark deeds.
Give them what they deserve. Give them their just deserts.
